Frequently Asked Questions
A: Seconds after a sign up, there is a large spike on our web servers while they collect all your listing data, save image thumbnails locally, and analyze your pricing competition using our proprietary Price Ripper platform. This initial spike costs us money in hosting fees. The trial fee helps offset those costs. Our software is powerful yet isn't for everyone. If after the trial, our tools do not meet your needs, you can cancel with a couple clicks of the mouse. Thanks.
A: The following will most likely change in the future but as of August 2017, we currently do not support eBay Motors Listings (specifically the parts compatibility) and Listings with Multiple Variations. Our add and edit listing tools cover about 85% of the most common options. This will move closer to 100% as we add new features. If you have a request or see something missing that your business requires, please contact us and we may be able to implement it and add it to the system.
A: We currently only support the eBay API. We also connect to Cloudinary for image hosting and Mailjet for email notifications. We are looking in to expanding to Shopify and Amazon soon. We do not have a time frame for these implementations.
A: Both our CTO and CEO use this system for their own ecommerce businesses. Their businesses are closely tied to this system. Image hosting and templates and such. We plan on using this system for a long time and expanding the tools for ourselves as well as for our clients to use for years to come. We have a full time development team on staff that is working on new features every day.
A: Absolutely not. Any data we collect from your account is used to present you with reports to improve your business. We do not sell any of the data we collect from your account to any 3rd parties. We built these tools to improve our own online stores. Eventually the tools became so useful that it made sense for us to offer them as tools other sellers could use. All data passing back and forth from your web browser and our web servers are encrypted with SSL Security Certificates and other security measures.
